Responsible for developing business strategy and aligning organizations to meet targets. Passionate about helping businesses launch, grow or pivot to meet market demands.
Rich's deep experience in biopharma spans upstream and facility solutions, as well as sensing, process analytical technologies (PAT), and drug product downstream. He has led multiple successful product launches and business integrations spanning his time at Hosokawa Micron, Malvern Instruments, Wave Biotech, GE Healthcare and Finesse Solutions. More recently, Rich has been heavily involved in the tech, med-tech industries as well as supporting numerous tools and tech providers in the cell and gene therapy space as they commercialized.
Key achievements include the continued development of the Wave Bioreactor and Wave products through to the launch of the Wave 25. The GE Ecomagination award for peer-reviewed, life cycle analysis of single-use products and the launch of several platform products. Rich has led the creation and execution of key opinion leader events such as CellWorld and has been an active panelist and presenter at leading bioprocessing events.
